Bankia S.A., a trading organisation born from the consolidation of seven Spanish savings banks, has integrated the Vertera 6G from Glory Global Solutions into its branches, following a successful trial.
Bankia has been a pioneer in the use of Teller Automation solutions since 1987, when they began to install Glory Teller Cash Dispensers. The organisation has now employed the new Vertera 6G Teller Cash Recycler (TCR) to deliver greater efficiencies in its daily branch operations and bring additional benefits to its customers.
The Vertera 6G is the next evolution of the TCR from Glory Global Solutions. Following a successful trial period at Bankia's branches, during which Glory supported the full integration process, the bank is now deploying Vertera 6G's to an extended number of branches. This additional deployment means Bankia now has, in excess of, 500 TCR's to help drive efficiency and improve customer service, meeting customer needs and the requirements of the several regulatory organisations in the area.
