D3 Banking, an innovator in Data Driven DigitalTM banking, today announced an expansion of its executive and sales teams.

The company named Tom Sheehan senior vice president of sales, and added Tom Litwinowicz and Gregory Mack as senior sales executives. The three industry veterans bring more than 60 years of experience in assisting banks and credit unions in developing strategic solutions for their delivery channels.

"Financial institutions are entering into a new and more mature digital banking cycle," explained Mark Vipond, CEO of D3 Banking. "The constant additions to e-channel offerings, spurred on by the proliferation of devices, have resulted in an unsustainable model for delivering digital services. There is a clear business need and consumer demand for the omnichannel digital experience that D3 Banking provides. These additions to our team will give us the ability to address that demand and provide financial institutions with a data driven digital solution that will give them a competitive edge."

As senior vice president of sales, Sheehan is responsible for counseling financial institutions seeking a long-term digital banking strategy. Throughout his well-rounded fintech career, Sheehan has been successful in helping a variety of innovative web and mobile solutions expand market share serving as Northeast sales director for Guardian Analytics, senior vice president of sales for Andera, vice president of sales for ACI Worldwide and vice president of sales for Financial Fusion. Prior to his dozen years of experience working exclusively with financial institutions, Sheehan held sales leadership roles focused on providing niche technology solutions for Fortune 1,000 and investment firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Providence College.

Litwinowicz and Mack are responsible for developing and managing customer relationships. Litwinowicz joins D3 Banking from Q2, where, as director of integrated solutions, he was tasked with introducing digital channel solutions to larger financial institutions. He also helped U.S. banks and credit unions develop and md mature their retail channels as regional vice president at ARGO and worked on developing synergies between disparate banking channels during his tenure at SDI, now a part of ACI Worldwide. Litwinowicz earned a Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University.
