Kansas-based Bank of Blue Valley has selected nCino's Bank Operating System to enhance its business development cycle and provide a deeper level of transparency to commercial loan production.

Bank of Blue Valley exemplifies a commitment to customer service through its unconventional hours—open every day at its main location 91.5 hours per week. The $627 million bank wants to not just be available, but also to be smarter in every customer interaction. Finding a strong CRM system to manage new business development and enhance existing relationships was important; with nCino's Bank Operating System, Bank of Blue Valley has the CRM infrastructure it needs and gains sophisticated loan origination, workflow management and reporting capabilities in the same platform. Integrating traditionally disparate systems gives bank stakeholders meaningful, comprehensive data about each borrower to more proactively establish touch points, understand profitability and measure success over its lifecycle.

Bob Regnier, president and CEO of Bank of Blue Valley, said, "The nCino Bank Operating System gives us a clear, broad view of borrower relationships, essentially lending us the intelligence to deliver products that meet their needs. Senior management can interact with lenders and operational staff more efficiently in various business development stages. And, managing customer interactions throughout the loan's life in one place has eliminated duplicate processes, saving time and removing costs just from consolidating multiple systems."

nCino customers average a 22 percent increase in staff efficiency and 17 percent average reduction in operation costs after implementing the Bank Operating System. Partnering with nCino will enable Bank of Blue Valley to focus more time on revenue-generating activities as a result.

"Our Bank Operating System provides financial institutions with a robust set of best practices to ensure all operating needs are met," said Pierre Naudé, CEO of nCino. "At the same time, our solution - built around a proven world-class CRM platform - supports Bank of Blue Valley's mission to exceed customer expectations for quality and service. The true competitive advantage lies in knowing borrowers better to change how decisions are made and how business development can be done."
