Bank of Blue Valley takes CRM and loan operations to the cloud with nCino

Kansas-based Bank of Blue Valley has selected nCino's Bank Operating System to enhance its business development cycle and provide a deeper level of transparency to commercial loan production.

Bank of Blue Valley exemplifies a commitment to customer service through its unconventional hours—open every day at its main location 91.5 hours per week. The $627 million bank wants to not just be available, but also to be smarter in every customer interaction. Finding a strong CRM system to manage new business development and enhance existing relationships was important; with nCino's Bank Operating System, Bank of Blue Valley has the CRM infrastructure it needs and gains sophisticated loan origination, workflow management and reporting capabilities in the same platform. Integrating traditionally disparate systems gives bank stakeholders meaningful, comprehensive data about each borrower to more proactively establish touch points, understand profitability and measure success over its lifecycle.
