Dion Global Solutions, technology partner to the financial services industry, today announced the rollout of TradeCentre, its comprehensive front end retail advisory tool, in Australia. TradeCentre allows users to manage the entire trading, order management and investment process and meet compliance requirements from a single platform.

Brokers benefit from a lower total cost of ownership and the ability to better service customers in an increasingly competitive landscape.

Dion deployed TradeCentre at Hartleys Limited, a provider of corporate, stock broking and wealth management services, in May 2013 to support equities trading. With new brokers coming onboard with a range of complex requirements, TradeCentre supports equities and options trading and order management, smart order routing and multi-market coverage to meet the needs of the broader retail market.

Charlie Ransom, CEO at Hartleys, said: "With TradeCentre, our advisors have a consistent view of the markets and their clients' positions. Audit monitoring and reporting are particularly important to us and we can now manage this with greater confidence and control. We've been impressed by the consistently high-level of customer service and the absolute reliability of the TradeCentre platform since going live 12 months ago."

The consolidated market view and smart order routing modules allow advisors to select their preferred strategy across a range of lit and dark markets on Chi-X and ASX. These come equipped with FIX connectivity to interface with domestic and international platforms and support firms' algorithmic trading activity. In addition, easy-to-use audit and compliance modules enable advisors to meet today's complex global regulatory and security requirements.

TradeCentre's lightweight and simple infrastructure minimises costs and enables rapid integration with any third party back office, CRM system and data streams. With instant access to live news feeds, premium content and client data, advisors gain greater insights and can make quicker, better-informed decisions. The platform is also available across a range of channels, including desktops, smart phones or integrated into advisors' own websites.

Rudi Pecker, Managing Director - Australia and New Zealand, at Dion, said: "The Hartley's implementation proved a huge success and was a real endorsement of our platform. We worked closely with the firm to expand TradeCentre's scope before introducing it to the wider market. Whether a full retail advisory broker or a boutique wealth management firm, we offer a range of options to suit advisors' varied needs."
