Clear2Pay, the international technology provider of next generation payment solutions for financial institutions, today announces that its personalisation validation solution has been confirmed by Visa to comply with their latest Global Personalization Requirements (GPR).

The tool enables issuers and personalisation bureaus to perform their card and mobile testing in automated mode, detect issues rapidly and facilitate the mandatory Visa certification process.

Clear2Pay's Visa GPR Test Suite validates the personalisation of contact- and contactless cards, as well as mobile payment applications. The tool helps to ensure compliance with Visa's Global Personalization Requirements. The Visa Global Personalization Requirements define a set of validation criteria for use by chip card issuers. Clear2Pay have used these requirements to create an enhanced personalisation validation tool - the Visa GPR Test Suite - now available to Visa issuers. The Test Suite can quickly verify that cards are correctly personalised before being issued.

The solution includes terminal simulators to mimic the behavior of payment acceptance devices. This allows users to simulate different types of payment acceptance devices, such as contact/contactless, online/offline, POS, ATM and vending machines. The tool also enables card issuers to verify how personalised cards or mobile devices behave during transactions - domestic or international, low/high amount, cash, purchase, and so on.

Marie Costers, General Manager Clear2Pay Test Solutions comments:"With the global card and mobile payments market in full expansion, it is our mission to provide the flexible testing tools needed to maintain a trustworthy environment in a changing marketplace."
