Abrantix AG, a leading company in payment software engineering, today announced its expansion plans for the Asia-Pacific Region with the appointment of Martin Gloor as Country Manager, Australia.

For the past 7 years Martin has worked for Abrantix in Zürich as Senior Software Developer and in Business Development. Prior to this role, he held senior software developer positions with several leading acquiring banks in Europe.

Regarding the move, Martin comments: "We had a lot of enquiries from the Asian and Australian markets in the last few years. I am very excited to be taking on this role in Australia and look forward to developing our engagement here and expanding the Abrantix business. There are two main areas I will be working on. Firstly the distribution of the AX-T1, a very flexible payment terminal for the vending industry. Secondly I will introduce the Reconciliation Hub product line to the Asia-Pacific market to help merchants reconcile their credit card transactions more efficiently and cost effectively."
