By implementing the software application MSIT-EXIN, investigations processes of domestic and cross-border payments of Deutsche Bundesbank have been improved to a modern electronic and automated process.
The goal of the process conversion is the enhancement of customer service as well as an improvement of efficiency of investigation processes.
