Onebip, the global mobile payments service, has today announced the introduction of a new design for its mobile payment pages to achieve the most optimised purchase experience for end users following extensive industry feedback, data analysis and testing.
The new Onebip payment page version 3.0 has an intuitive design that provides clear and simple instructions so that the user knows what actions to complete from the very beginning of the payment process.
The synergy of Onebip's new payment page and its user context recognition feature available in the Mobile Payments API delivers the most optimised design for all mobile and web devices. This means that Onebip is able to customise the new payment page according to the user's device, operating system and browser ensuring a seamless payment experience for the end user.
Onebip designed and developed the new payment page after extensive input and feedback from merchants, carriers and regulatory bodies and analysed consumer behaviour based on dedicated focus groups and historical transaction data. The final version 3.0 was selected based on consumer behaviour, market requirements and the A/B testing results. Further versions of the Onebip payment page will be introduced next year to give merchants a choice to implement their preferred design.
"We've launched a new version of the Onebip payment page to further optimise the purchase experience for end users and increase the final purchase conversion rate for our partners. The clean and modern new format focuses on the simplicity of the payment process itself and allows for easy customisation based on local regulations," said Massimiliano Silenzi, Head of Onebip. "We are continuously improving Onebip's products and services to help our partners maximize their revenue by offering the best user experience and the most advanced billing technology."
