Bank of Madison installs IBT teller and back office products

Innovation. Imagination. Integration. IBT, a leading innovator of best-of-breed solutions of cost-effective, enterprise-wide technology for financial institutions announced today that the Bank of Madison, Georgia has chosen several of the IBT i2Suite products.

The choices include i2Teller and i2OLB Online banking to enhance the customer experience and improve the processing efficiencies. Additional products purchased were i2phone which delivers information to their customers whenever they need it and i2Reports and i2Docs to streamline the document workflow and back office to enhance their portfolio and offer customers' real time solutions and service.

"We were introduced to IBT by Southern Financial; they really recommended that we witness a demonstration of the Teller product. We immediately recognized that utilizing i2Teller would streamline our current process and allow us to provide better service to our customers. In addition, we've also purchased IBT's Telephone Banking System which will advance the system we currently use. That product will move us ahead light years from where we are now," stated Cameron Coody, Vice President and IT Director. "We are extremely excited to begin implementation of the products. Our retail staff was able to see how they will integrate what we are currently doing and looking forward to using it," said Lori Rhoads Assistant Vice President, Operations Supervisor.
