Rule Financial, the leading independent provider of advisory, business consulting, IT and software services to the investment banking community, today announces that it has appointed Emily Cates, who joins the rapidly growing consultancy as a Principal Consultant in the Domain Group.
Based in the London office, Cates joins Rule Financial with over 18 years of experience across Securities Financing, Prime Brokerage, Equities, Fixed Income and Structured Trades.
Cates joins from Knight Capital Europe, where she worked for 18 months as Head of London Operations.
Prior to her role at Knight Capital Europe, Cates spent eight years at Dresdner Kleinwort, most recently holding the position of Global Head of Client and Cross-Products Services. She also spent four years at Credit Suisse, where she held the post of Vice President Strategic Change Management and Prime Banking.
