The new LDeX product offering will provide customers with ultra-low-latency financial markets connectivity inclusive of over 50 markets globally and access to thousands of other colocated financial institutions. Perseus Telecom's ultra-low-latency trans-Atlantic network, QuanTA, which lands in Slough, will now be paired with LDeX for the fastest connection East of London to New York and West to Baseldon and Frankfurt.

Because of LDeX's strategic position in North London well above sea-level, LDeX1, which opened in Q2 2012, is uniquely nestled right between London's most active financial markets. The above sea-level structure not only has access to the fastest London-based fibre networks, but it also provides ideal line-of-sight for microwave and wireless transmissions, the lowest latency network technologies in the market.

LDeX co-located customers now benefit from the site having the On-Net presence of a dedicated financial markets platform provided by Perseus, enabling them to see market data ticks in a central position among other London data centres.
