The Japanese Government is in the process of development of Next Generation Edinet (Electronic Disclosure for Investors' NETwork) for the purpose of improving reusability of disclosure documents, capability of searching disclosure information, etc.
Running Test for Next Generation EDINET will be held during the period between middle of May, 2013 and July 12, 2013 to provide filers, information users, etc. with opportunities of trying full processes of filing disclosure documents and getting disclosure information.
