Integrations with Laser App Anywhere include: Redtail, Salesforce, and Ebix (Smart Office) for CRM; Gentech's NexOnBoarding and Quadron Data Solutions' AccountQTM for account opening; Laserfiche for document management; and DocuSign for e-signatures.

Launched in August of 2012, Laser App Anywhere is a web-based, mobile forms-filling solution for financial advisors that allows users to conduct and process business from virtually any location on any internet device. Its continued success has led to the addition of five new broker-dealer clients in January of 2013. With Laser App Anywhere, forms completed by the advisor can be saved, printed or electronically signed and securely transmitted to the broker-dealer back office. There are two launch modes available for Laser App Anywhere: CRM and account opening.

The CRM integrations with Redtail, Salesforce and Ebix, now in place, are pull integrations. The user can log into Laser App Anywhere, select one of these CRM providers and then choose for which client they would like to populate forms. The data is then pulled from the CRM provider directly from the Laser App Anywhere platform through a single sign-on integration that leverages the forms already in the platform and allows advisors to continue using their existing databases.

Laser App Anywhere can also be launched using the advisor's account opening system, another key integration. The account opening system passes customer data and form identifiers into Laser App Anywhere and forms are delivered to the advisor prepopulated with customer information. Extending existing CRM-account opening integrations, users can launch from Redtail CRM to Quadron Data Solutions' AccountQ and seamlessly access Laser App Anywhere from AccountQ.
