SS&C upgrades private equity platform

SS&C Technologies (NASDAQ: SSNC), a global provider of investment and financial software-enabled services and software, today announced the release of TNR Solution™ version 2013, an important update to SS&C GlobeOp's private equity technology platform.

TNR Solution version 2013 features enhancements to its core fund accounting and portfolio management functionality, including on-screen reporting views to track investments across various fund structures. This new version also includes multiple enhancements to its web portal, incorporating fundraising and portfolio analytic capabilities. From a usability standpoint, TNR version 2013 introduces a user-defined field tool, enabling end users to control screen creation and generate flexible reports. The latest version of TNR Solution is available via SS&C GlobeOp's cloud computing infrastructure, as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) hosted option for private equity firms and shared platform access for private equity fund administration clients.

SS&C GlobeOp currently provides private equity fund services to over 135 fund managers with US$75 billion in capital commitments on our TNR Solution platform. This includes more than 1,100 funds including master feeder structures, parallel fund structures, AIVs, managed account platforms, GP entities, and employee plans. Assets classes include private equity LBO, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, fund of funds, and distressed debt. TNR Solution is also available as an in-house solution with 150 license clients managing over US$300 billion of assets.
