Impendium Systems, a leading provider of regulatory applications to financial and non-financial organizations throughout the world is pleased to announce another live customer using its Elements Platform.

The customer - a large US Investment Bank, headquartered on the East Coast with major operations in New York, Boston, London, Germany and Singapore - has deployed the Elements Platform to meet its transactional reporting obligations under the European MiFID directive.

Impendium Systems' CEO, Stuart Clark comments: 'With another customer on our flagship Elements Platform, Impendium Systems are demonstrating that a private cloud platform is the future for regulatory reporting. With a low footprint deployment, full reporting and a single view of the organization's transactional history, Elements provides not only a future proof regulatory platform but also allows customers to unlock the power of normalised data across asset class".

The Elements Platform has automated the process of consuming and standardizing all the applicable data for Futures, Fixed Income and Equities, integrating to third party providers where appropriate and reporting to both Approved Reporting Mechanisms (ARMs) and regulators such as the FSA.
