The agreement represents a significant milestone in TAS's international expansion and an important step in its North American market penetration and business development.

TAS's EMV product suite marketed by B2 Payment Solutions supports a wide range of businesses undertaking the migration to EMV in the United States. The products that are the object of the agreement have been successfully deployed in banks, financial institutions and personalization bureaus throughout Europe and the Middle East.

The migration to EMV, already underway in the US, will enable US payment industry players to pursue significant opportunities for global interoperability, fraud reduction, NFC and mobile synergies. TAS product suite and B2 expertise will allow these players to quickly capitalize on this industry movement, providing them with the best in class EMV and contactless solutions, coupled with consulting, strategic planning, training, installation and support.

The new partnership will allow issuers, acquirers, vendors, merchants and processors engaged in EMV projects to benefit from proven technological and business know-how. The product offering will be initially focused on EMV data preparation and personalization then extending to transaction acquiring and authorization.
