Red Box Recorders, the voice and data recording specialist, has launched a Chinese language version of the Quantify Recording Suite to support its growth within the Asia Pacific region.

The software application will be available in both simplified and traditional Chinese, using double bite characters, to meet the growing demand for recording solutions from businesses within China and Hong Kong.

Red Box has translated the web-based user interface and online user guides to provide full access to the wide range of voice and data recording functionality within the Quantify solution. It will support the company's expanding reseller and partner network that is working with an increasing range of financial services, public sector and contact centre organisations.

Lee Jones, COO of Red Box Recorders commented: "Our Quantify recording solution is now available in seven core languages. However, the flexibility of the system means it can be simply and effectively translated into any language to meet the exact requirements of our customers, as well as being set up to support multi-user operations across a number of different languages."
