GlobalPlatform the organization which standardizes the management of applications on secure chip technology, has announced its latest Observer Member, Validity Sensors Inc. A leader in natural ID authentication, Validity provides fingerprint sensor solutions for mobile handsets, tablets and notebook computers.
Validity's membership of GlobalPlatform will focus on the work of the GlobalPlatform Advisory Council and Mobile Task Force, which works to understand the business requirements of the secure mobile services ecosystem to establish an agreed infrastructure.
