XSP, the global leader in automated end-to-end Corporate Actions solutions, announced it has broadened its strategic partnership with SIX Financial Information through the integration of SIX Financial Information's Valordata Feed (VDF), which is compatible with the XSP v5 platform as well as the XSPrisa Software as a Service (SaaS) offering.

The utilization of the ISO 15022 standard format through the VDF global data feed confirms the increased market activity and continued interest in the realization of straight-through processing (STP). In addition, XSP customers can now take advantage of SIX Financial Information's robust, global security ID cross-reference capability, both directly within the XSP v5 platform and via the XSPrisa SaaS solution.

Barry Raskin, Managing Director of SIX Financial Information USA, said, "We know that XSP's state-of-the-art platforms already make the most of our corporate actions data, and the addition of processing based on the ISO 15022 standard helps bring a new level of automation to the market. And now that we've expanded our longstanding partnership to offer SIX Financial Information's best-of-breed security cross-reference capability, our mutual customers will be able to experience greater transparency and a more comprehensive view of risk exposure than ever before. XSP is an excellent partner, and together we are committed to meeting our industry's exacting requirements with innovative solutions and services. We look forward to taking our already successful relationship to even greater levels."

Brendan P. Farrell, Jr., Chief Executive Officer at XSP, commented, "Today's market is driven by innovation, agility and scalability. With this expanded partnership, we are bringing together our leadership in the automated Corporate Actions space with SIX Financial Information's award-winning reference data capabilities.
