IPC Systems opens Seoul office

IPC Systems, a leading provider of voice and electronic trading communications solutions to the world's top financial services firms, today announced that it has opened an expanded direct office in Seoul, Korea.

Driven by rapid customer growth in the Asia market, IPC has expanded its Korea footprint to allow for additional on the ground support. The office will provide sales, implementation, integration and support services for trading floor communications solutions, network and enhanced services, as well as develop business opportunities in Asia.

Peter Noh will serve as sales director in Korea. Peter has more than 14 years of experience with internet service provider network operations centers as well as enterprise network infrastructure support, design and consulting.

"IPC strives to provide its global customer base with support wherever they conduct business," said David Dodd, senior vice president and managing director, Asia-Pacific, IPC. "IPC opened its first office in Seoul, Korea in 2010. In this time, we have seen an increased demand for our products and solutions across the local financial services market. We are proud to be able to continue to demonstrate and strengthen our support and commitment to the Korean market."
