International Financial Data Services (IFDS), the international transfer agency joint venture between State Street Corporation and DST Systems, Inc., announced today that Paul Kelly will assume a wider role as Head of Transfer Agency Operations in Luxembourg, in addition to his existing role as Managing Director IFDS in Ireland.
At the same time Tom Bruno, presently the Managing Director of the Luxembourg operations will move to a new role as Director of Global Product Development.
Paul Kelly will report to Simon Hudson-Lund, Head of European Transfer Agency Operations for IFDS and will support over 130 client organisations on behalf of the group.
Tom Bruno will report to Paul Roberts, Managing Director Global Business Development and will co-ordinate the groups' product development initiatives.
The IFDS group of companies, along with State Street, provides market-leading transfer agency, wealth management and investor record-keeping solutions for a wide range of institutions, distributors, advisors and investors in Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Singapore, Switzerland, the UK and the US.
