Aim Software, the leading provider of reference data management solutions, today announced that the company has attained the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Status.

AIM Software has been a Microsoft partner since February 2010 and has now further strengthened this partnership under the new and tightened Microsoft Gold partner program.

With the new partner program, Microsoft Gold Certified Partners are now required to meet an even higher level of requirements. Only those companies which demonstrate exceptional performance when delivering solutions are granted Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status. Thereby, AIM Software can now offer a competitive advantage to its clients by having the closest working relationship with Microsoft resulting in unlimited access to state-of-the-art technologies, specialized training and support.

With the extensive access to Microsoft technologies, AIM Software can quickly recognize new developments in the IT industry, such as cloud computing. For AIM Software's client base this underlines AIM's role as a reliable partner that supports its customers in defining long-term IT and product strategies.

"By fulfilling Microsoft's criteria, we offer our clients a product based on international standards and state-of the-art technologies," explains Martin Buchberger, Head of Product Development at AIM Software. "This will ultimately help our customers to reduce their own efforts by using an industrial strength product framework."

"This certification is to testament that AIM Software has excellent knowledge in Microsoft technology and professional services offering. AIM Software has reached the status of Gold Certified Partner by demonstrating increased levels of developer certification, deep real-world experience, and by providing completed customer reference projects", explains Guntram Rainer, Sales Manager ISVs at Microsoft Austria.
