For Williams de Broë, having enjoyed a period of both significant acquisitive and organic growth, it is critical to have in place a robust operational infrastructure to meet its evolving investment management needs and to maintain appropriate levels of client servicing. After an extensive review of available offerings, Williams de Broë has selected tercero from Third Financial Software.

Third Financial will provide Williams de Broë with a full wealth management platform including market leading compliance monitoring functionality facilitating Williams de Broë's ability to exceed its regulatory requirements in respect of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF). The system interfaces with its existing custodian, Pershing Securities Ltd and has already delivered enhanced online access enabling Williams de Broë's clients and intermediaries to access investment information and reports. Following completion of the full implementation, which is expected in 2010, Williams de Broë will benefit from a fully consolidated desktop.
