Lokuta will be responsible for positioning TCS' capital markets financial software products, including NCS Corporate Actions, Quartz Securities, and finDNA, the TCS anti-money laundering compliance solution. He reports to Andrew Markazi, Sales Director for Capital Markets Solutions.

Lokuta joins TCS from Xcitek, where he served as Senior Sales Executive for the past five years, and was responsible for a large proportion of the firm’s corporate actions automation software sales during that period. Lokuta also brings extensive product development, operations and services delivery experience from previous positions at Instinet, ILX Systems and ADP.

BFS Solutions is a fast growing unit of TCS, the India-based IT, consulting, services and business process outsourcing (BPO) firm. BFS Solutions sells a wide range of STP-enabled software products to automate investment management operations, custody operations, corporate actions processing and anti-money laundering compliance. The group's Banking Solutions division offers the Quartz payments processing platform, as well as BANCS, the core banking application that TCS added to its portfolio last year through its acquisition of Sydney-based Financial Network Services Pty Ltd (FNS).
