DBFS, a leading provider of integration software for the financial market, today announced the release of Engage.

Engage is a unique connectivity solution designed to enable the transportation of information between disparate core systems and external parties.

David Upton, Managing Director, DBFS UK, says "Engage assists our Clients requiring seamless connectivity between their systems to achieve STP across complex and independently hosted business processes."

Brian McNulty, Head of Business Development adds, "Engage dramatically reduces fragmentation, software development requirements, operational head count and costs by providing a single platform that allows information to be modified, merged or filtered during transfer."

Engage is powerful enough to be the sole point of control for business process management and can connect to any number of data sources including FTP/Network/UNIX/MSMQ/MsExchange/SQL/Sybase/Oracle etc. Engage utilises wizards to create manipulation scripts to perform processes on the data mid-transfer in order to implement complex business rules.
