NetBank commissions Corillian and NCR for technology overhaul

US Internet bank NetBank is to move to the Corillian Voyager platform as part of a major overhaul of its online services.

The bank has commissioned technology partner NCR to undertake the conversion and to continue to provide application hosting within its managed service centre.

Eve McDowell, chief sales and customer fulfillment executive for NetBank says the bank is underway with plans to launch several new product lines over the coming months. In tandem with this, NetBank is committed to a major revamp of its Web site to offer more personalisation and self-service options as well as a more user-friendly interface for its 150,000 customers.

"It's a substantial undertaking that will be rolled out in phases throughout the year," she says.
