Former Lehman IT exec takes top tech spot at FBI

Fulgham will be responsible for directing the Bureau's overall IT efforts, replacing Zal Azmi, who quit in October to join the private sector.

Fulgham spent four years in Lehman's IT department overseeing technology operations as a senior vice president, before the bank filed for bankruptcy in September.

The FBI says his experience working with multi-nationals and cutting edge technology fits well with its IT needs.

Before joining Lehman, Fulgham worked in computer security and information risk management for IBM, JPMorgan Chase, and Arthur Andersen.
