The service "Intesa on line Mobile" offers customers information on deposit and credit card balances and share values. Users can also request alerts for when their balance goes above or below a certain amount or when their credit card is used.

Subscribers enter their mobile number and choose from a menu of services at a Bancomat counter or Banca Intesa branch.
