Interactive Data names Keith Webster MD, fixed income analytics

Interactive Data Corporation (NYSE: IDC), a leading provider of financial market data, analytics and related services, today announced that Keith Webster has been named managing director of its Fixed Income Analytics business, effective immediately.

Webster, age 44, succeeds Laurie Adami as the leader of Interactive Data Fixed Income Analytics. Adami will be leaving the Company due to health reasons following a brief transition period. In his new role, Webster will have direct responsibility for business strategy, financial performance, and business and product development for Interactive Data Fixed Income Analytics. Webster reports directly to Mark Hepsworth, president of Interactive Data's Institutional Business, and is based in Interactive Data's Santa Monica, California office.

"We believe that Keith's management experience and industry expertise will help us grow this business as we expand our product offerings, capitalize upon opportunities in the fixed income and derivatives markets, and leverage expertise and technical resources from across our Company."

Hepsworth continued, "We thank Laurie Adami for her contributions for the past nine-plus years as president of Interactive Data Fixed Income Analytics and for 24 years of service to the Company. Laurie has played a key role in the success and growth of our business over the years, and we wish her well."

Webster joins Interactive Data from Dun & Bradstreet, where he served four years as managing director for its Enterprise Risk and Compliance Solutions business. Prior to Dun & Bradstreet, he spent seven years at Thomson Financial (now part of Thomson Reuters). During this period, Webster served as managing director of Thomson Financial Research and oversaw its Vestek portfolio analytics business. Webster holds a bachelor's degree in physics from The University of Chicago and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, CFA Institute, and the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
