"Useful" in this industry; the publicity space is clogged with material about "Innovations" or "New Initiatives" (I could list 50 although 20 would be re-sprays of one another or ringers of a couple of earlier duds), many supposedly being demanded by the EU
as a precondition for the Single Market, and all sharing the characteristic of low adoption. If, by contrast, one were looking for meaningful preconditions, how about a single EU postal system, a single EU vehicle licensing and insurance system, a single EU
railway company, reestablishment of the Trans-Europe Express network, abolition of roaming charges..? e-Invoicing, in my humble opinion, would flash across the screen well before the first advertisement break in any Channel 4 documentary of "100 Single Market
