Wasting tax payer's money until 2020?

Most governments are trying hard to save tax payer’s money – and even more importantly trying to push the SME-sector into digital processes and financial administration. But still too many in EU seem too signal that 2020 is a deadline for unstructured invoicing.

Is it really so that only legislation helps? Of course it is efficient - but takes too much time. The faster way is that the buyer of goods and services simply states that e-invoices are preconditions. Of course this can be done - subject to SMEs having 0-investment and 0-ITskill alternatives - for example in their e-banks.
