We are currently looking for a Support analyst / Infrastructure support to join our EMEA Support team. 


  • Release communications to clients and staff
  • Facilitate patch and bug fixes
  • Lead client installations and prepare Installation guides
  • Primary point of contact for client support
  • Regular updates to clients on outstanding issues
  • Client JIRA management and attendance at client catchups
  • Analysis of issues and provide advice to clients
  • Follow up with Tier 2 support where required to resolve issues
  • Office infrastructure - Servers/Laptops/Communications

 Required skills:

  • Experience of working on IT applications/systems preferably Business reporting application
  • Database concepts
  • Reporting basics
  • Windows 7
  • Scripting knowledge (UNIX/Windows)

Desired skills:

  • DB Experience useful
  • Oracle 10g/11g
  • SQL server 2008/2012
  • SQL knowledge is beneficial
  • System administration is beneficial
  • JAVA
