My Client is a major software vendor focussed on sell side treasury, capital markets and corporate banking at Tier 1 and 2 level. Their product portfolio is wide and complex and includes solutions for risk, regulation, cash management and reference data management.
They are recruiting a highly sophisticated, polished and professional senior new business sales executive to take the sales lead in EMEA which will include having sales staff across the Region reporting in. It is a 'player-manager' role which requires a thorough understanding of the areas defined in the first paragraph and an exceptional sales track record, over several different countries across EMEA. Partnering and on-boarding with customers is key to our Client's success and experience of large complex and lengthy sales strategies and negotiations is vital. Misys and Algorithmics would be typical of the type of company candidates may have worked for and where they would have had practical experience of sophisticated sales processes and negotiations.
The role is based in London with extensive international travel involved as this is a very big region. Very high energy levels coupled with complete integrity are essential for this highly autonomous role where trust is paramount.
