The European Commission has published a draft implementing Regulation setting out implementing technical standards (ITS) on the supervisory reporting to competent authorities by institutions under the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR).
The Commission has published the draft implementing Regulation for information purposes in order to help all interested parties to prepare for the new supervisory reporting requirements under the CRD/CRR framework. Once all Member State language versions
are available, the Commission will submit this draft standard to the College for adoption.
