Sustainable market growth in Norway

“After reading the great E-Invoicing figures for the Swedish market we published in our previous newsletter, Norwegian colleagues reacted promptly and provided me with their own impressive results. BBS reports that B2C E-Invoicing processed by banks and related associations has seen an even better development, with an increase in volume from 17.8 million in 2008 to 24.1 million in 2009 (+36%).

The number of unique B2C receivers/consumers for 2009 was 1.2 million, compared with 825,000 in 2008 (+48%). Consumers in Norway receive on average electronic invoices from 4.1 issuers
