Is there a common message being expressed here?

I'm also seeing a lot more coverage for Zopa and its peers in the mainstream media in recent weeks. In part, I'd reckon this is because of the potential interest rate returns, in part, because of a groundswell that Zopa and its peers cut out the lard layer of dinosaur bank execs with a new, leaner model for banking that is more acceptable to individual investors.

What price Mr G.Brown now scampering after the lead set by Obama?
