"ALL LIVE UPDATES - PLEASE STOP TWEETING about #Mumbai police and military operations," a tweet says.

At least, that's what the BBC's Mumbai Live Events page is reporting.

The potential use of Twitter and other communications technologies by terrorists was recently dissected in a new draft US Army intelligence paper, based on a review of jihadist web sites and other public sources.

It's the dark down side of the Web 2.0 communications revolution. You can read the army paper here.
