Coal is a dirty business.

Clearly coal is a dirty business, I long ago predicted China would face some of it's biggest challenges to authority as a result of environmental issues, coal burning being at the forefront. I'd say you may too with investments in coal. Particularly investing in coal in countries perceived as 'clean', it's bound to end in tears. For example, the Abbot Point coal terminal which threatens Australia's and the world's Great Barrier Reef is likely to cause a global response against the investors. It would be hard to imagine the project will show any more promise than the Australian Prime Minister of a similar name.

There is no denying, coal will come back to bite you, possibly in the lungs, definitely in the pocket & surely the climate. Solar, on the other hand....

Invest wisely.
