Finextra is setting up an exclusive dining club at the Walbrook in the heart of City where bank executives can learn from and share experiences with their peers in a relaxed and informal setting.

The first meeting of the Finextra Dinner Club - organised in association with IBM - takes place on 5 April at 18.00 and features a presentation by Tom Cannon, global digital channels lead for One HSBC.

The evening's discussion points will centre on the changing nature of retail banking, as new channels and new entrants challenge the ability of traditional banks to attract, service and retain their most profitable customers.

In his scene-setting talk, HSBC's Cannon will share his experiences of using data and analytics to build relationships with customers via multiple digital channels, and why he thinks this will become a critical competency for banks in the future.

The Walbrook is a private dining club located a stone's throw away from Mansion House and Sir Christoper Wren's church of St Stephen at 37A, Walbrook, London, EC4N 8BS.

Places at the dinner are reserved for executive level marketing professionals, CIOs and local heads of IT, as well as senior managers involved in customer profitability and pricing strategies. Prospective participants are individually vetted to ensure a high level of networking opportunities.

Register now and join us for what we are sure will be an entertaining and educational evening in the company of your peers.
