The State Employees' Credit Union (SECU) of North Carolina, the second largest credit union in the US, is using software from Bottomline Technologies to provide online bill payment services to its one million members.
SECU used Bottomline's technology to develop customised services that enable its members to pay bills via the Web.
Rick Rhoads, senior VP, e-services, SECU, says: "Bottomline enabled us to offer a fully customised in-house solution to meet the unique requirements of the credit union."
Rhoads says since going live, over 41,000 members now use the SECU's online bill payment service.
