Victory Networks appoints Dax Rodriguez head of business development

Victory Networks, a leading provider of market data, connectivity and colocation solutions for financial firms, today announced that Dax Rodriguez joined the company as Head of Business Development.

In this role, Rodriguez is responsible for expanding business relationships, offering expertise in sales, marketing, and client services, and creating strategic business plans for the company.

Prior to Victory Networks, Rodriguez was partnership manager for Cutler Group, LP, an equity options market and proprietary trading firm. At Cutler Group, Rodriguez established and managed partnerships with exchanges, financial technology companies, clearing firms, and agency brokers. Prior to Cutler Group, LP, Rodriguez was president of Livevol, Inc.
