To be different and more competitive than other broker offerings, Brightside Group plc has launched a new initiative with Open GI, to provide expert advice on the telephone when consumers browse the internet under the brand One Insurance Solution.

Unlike any other broker offering, Brightside Group plc has created a new umbrella branded website called One Insurance Solution, to offer consumers expert advice over the telephone to find the best cover possible. With agents offering telephone advice, consumers can be assured they receive expertise and the best products available from One Insurance Solution in a complete one-stop shopping experience for Commercial and Personal Lines.

As one of the fastest growing companies in the insurance broking and financial services sector in the UK, this telephone expertise is spread across its offices in Bristol, Southampton and Torquay using the Open GI system.

Martyn Holman, Chief Executive Officer, Brightside Group plc said: "This is a really exciting development for us as we can now offer our customers the best possible insurance cover with the best expertise available. Reacting to market forces to be different and more competitive, we needed a flexible and responsive IT partner to help us deliver this exciting new initiative to offer exceptional customer service. As an existing customer of Open GI, it was a natural choice to work with them to launch the One Insurance Solution."

Simon Hughes, Sales and Marketing Director, Open GI commented: "Brightside is a long standing customer and I am delighted that we have been able to work with them to deliver One Insurance Solution. This is different from any other offering in the market and affords Brightside with a distinct competitive advantage."
