In order to improve working efficiency, optimize business process of large trader report, facilitate the submission of large trader reports by members, realize paper-free and electronic business process of large trader report, the Exchange is scheduled to put its electronic platform system for large trader report online for a test-run during the period from October 31 to November 6, which will be officially put into operation from November 7 (Wednesday).
Relevant matters are hereby announced as below:
During the system's test-run, member who must submit large trade report will still submit the paper table of large trader report and relevant materials to the Exchange based on the original requirements on process. At the same time, relevant staff shall be arranged to submit electronic table of large trader report and relevant materials via the system.
After official launch of this system, member who must submit large trade report only needs to submit the electronic file while relevant paper file affixed with company's seal will be kept by member for records and for future reference.
Moreover, in order to make relevant staff of each member fully understand and grasp the operating method for electronic platform system for large trader report and ensure the stable operation of the system after put online, the Exchange is scheduled to hold a " Video Meeting of Launch of SHFE's Electronic Platform System for Large Trader Report' to explain and demonstrate the operating method for electronic platform system for large trader report, and to arrange for relevant staff of each member to log in the electronic platform system for large trader report for a simulation test on that day.

Ⅳ. Web-video technology testing
In order to ensure the success of this meeting, the Exchange plans to conduct a web-video technology test on 10:00AM, November 2 (Friday). Please be advised: member who opened the web-video shall designate special personnel to check and receive the technical test mail and assist well in preparation for a test.
