The project comprised a full system audit, followed by comprehensive system re- implementation to effect the upgrade, interface development and customization, and in-depth training of Agribank staff. The SOFGEN team worked closely with Agribank developers as well as Temenos support teams to bring about a seamless transition within a successfully tight timeline.
