TeleWare, the leading provider of communications solutions for the mobile business, today announced an enhancement to its mobile call recording service that provides in-the-cloud call recording of all calls to or from mobile phones.
In response to customer feedback, the service has been enhanced so that system administrators have the ability to select recordings to be stored indefinitely.
"FSA regulations dictate that call recordings and SMS messages should be held for 185 days and this is included as standard in all our mobile compliance products, explained Daniel Hensby, Product Manager for the TeleWare Mobile products. "There may be situations where our customers need to store specific recordings for longer than this obligatory time period, however. This new feature means that, by selecting one or more call recordings and then the new Litigation Hold button, the selected recordings are held automatically beyond the initial 185 days. This approach makes it very simple for system administrators to decide to extend their storage," added Hensby.
Additional storage charges will apply as per the TeleWare Mobile Price List.
