Aldermore Bank deploys Ubiquiem Tornado

Aldermore Bank Plc, the British bank seeking to shake-up the business savings market, and Ubiquiem, an innovative provider of multichannel banking software solutions, today jointly announce that the bank is using Ubiquiem's flagship product, Tornado.

Aldermore, one of Britain's leading challenger banks, has launched a range of new business savings accounts, paying market leading rates and offering online opening and access.

Ubiquiem's Tornado provides a truly online experience, enabling accounts to be opened in less than 15 minutes. In addition to customer on-boarding, the solution provides full Internet banking capabilities. The bank's UK based call centre is also powered by Tornado, allowing the bank's staff to effectively and efficiently service customer requests.
