Risk analytics develops, validates and supports the deployment of risk models, strategies and decision tools for regulatory capital, internal capital and business decision making Career History Manager, Credit Risk Control Unit at EBS, a function that should be self-explanatory. It arose out of our Basel 2 programme of work, which I also managed (there's career definition for you).

Enabling Women’s Savings

  Great thought-provoking post. In general I would have seen gender as something actively not to be considered, trying to avoid issues of discrimination (see EU rules on insurances) but this is real and practical with definite life-changing benefits.
